ORGANISERS:

The seminar is organised by the Business and Human Rights Seminar Ltd on behalf of the seminar steering group which is made up of: Amnesty International UK, Business Leaders Initiative on Human Rights, One World Trust, The Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum, Respect , and TwentyFifty Limited.

The Seminar is a not-for-profit event. As it is a ‘seminar’ (which includes a served lunch and drinks) and not a ‘conference’, places are limited to facilitate a more strategic discussion between decision-makers.

Business and Human Rights Seminar Ltd is private Company Limited by Shares and was set up specifically to manage the seminar and employ a seminar co-ordinater.

The directors have made a personal commitment to all the members of the steering group that in the event of the Seminar making a profit:

- dividends will not be paid to the Directors
- any profit will be reinvested for the Business and Human Rights Seminar the following year

In the event of there not being a Seminar in 2006, we will donate any profits from 2005 to the Business and Human Rights Resource Centre.
